What this call actually is, and what it isn't.

A Founder's Deal Review is a thirty-minute conversation with me. The purpose is to figure out whether NPI fits your specific situation. Not to convince you it does.

I'll ask about where you are in your business cycle, what you're trying to solve, and what the post-exit picture looks like for you. You'll ask whatever you need to ask. We'll talk through whether the structure I run matches the structure you actually need.

If it does, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that, and probably suggest the kind of structure that does.

The fund is small enough that this is the standard before any commitment. Not the exception.

I'd rather have a longer conversation with the right operator than a faster conversation with the wrong one. Book whatever time works on the calendar below.
